About the Role

Working closely with the legal team, you'll enjoy a varied role combining reception responsibilities with junior legal administration. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity to broaden your skills and gain valuable litigation experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Diary and appointment management
• Preparing legal correspondence and documents
• Opening and closing files
• Electronic filing and document management
• Liaising with clients, courts and third parties
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Booking couriers and arranging meetings
• General administrative support to lawyers and the wider team
• Assisting with billing and other ad hoc administrative tasks

About You

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Around 12 months' experience in a legal assistant or legal administration role
• Previous experience within a law firm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• Experience using LEAP software will be highly regarded
